Elijah Costales
Elijah began his fine arts journey in the early 2000s, working backstage for the Elite Dance Company. He continued acting and crewing in different local theatre productions throughout his teens and early adulthood. In 2018, Elijah was asked to crew a local short film, and the world of filmmaking was opened. From that moment on, Elijah’s creative direction changed.
Inspired by all genres and styles, Elijah combines modern techniques with original storytelling to create films that are unique to him and resonate with all that watch them. Wanting to continue to his growth as a filmmaker, Elijah graduated from several film and media programs to further his technical skill.
With experience on industry standard film sets, Elijah has written and directed a variety of local film productions and commercials, seeing several original projects come to fruition and be screened in New Mexico and beyond. With distinct vision and originality, Elijah is consistently striving to create stories and projects that connect with all.
